The Crossroads School

The Crossroads School is a public, tuition-free, charter middle school operated by the Living Classrooms Foundation. Since opening its doors in 2002, The Crossroads School has been providing Baltimore City youth and their families with a high-quality education and wrap-around supports to prepare them for success in high school, college, and future careers.

The Crossroads School has provides students and families with a supportive, close-knit learning community where every child is known, valued, and challenged to grow. Our small school environment allows us to personalize learning, build strong relationships, and provide the academic and social-emotional support students need to thrive. Through rigorous academics, hands-on learning experiences, enrichment opportunities, and a culture built on high expectations, respect, and belonging, students develop as independent thinkers, problem-solvers, and leaders.

Program and Activity Highlights:
Crossroads connects learning beyond the classroom through community partnerships, mentoring, enrichment programs, and real-world experiences.
