About

Customer Services in Healthcare is our longest running workforce program. We provide an in depth soft skills training that focuses on the demands of excelling in the healthcare industry. Our program is adapted from the Leebov Golde Group’s “Customer Service for Professionals in Healthcare: Key Behaviors that Enhance the Patient & Family Experience”. The training concentrates on the relationships with healthcare customers. The focus is largely on patients and their loved ones, although attention will also be paid to employee interactions with internal customers, including coworkers and colleagues.
