BUGS 24th Annual Farmers’ Market

Living Classrooms' East Harbor Campus

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
802 S. Caroline Street
Baltimore, MD 21231

60 members of Living Classrooms’ Baltimore Urban Gardening with Students (BUGS) After School Program have been growing, cooking, and creating over the course of the fall and winter in preparation for the 24th Annual BUGS Farmers Market. During the event, 2nd through 5th graders from Baltimore City’s East Side will showcase what they have learned in the areas of gardening, creative arts, cooking, creative movement, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), including serving as the cashiers, receipt writers, sales associates, and stockers of their own business.

This one-day, kid-run event offers hundreds of organically grown heirloom vegetable, flower and herb seedlings, student-made products, artwork, and delicacies. Throughout the course of the event, visitors will enjoy live performances, homemade food, and more!  Bring your family and stop by to support our students!

*This event is rain or shine…much of the sale is covered and/or indoors.
