12th Annual Night at The Yards

The Yards

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
1492 4th St SE
Washington, DC 20003

The coolest night in Washington, DC for a great CAUSE! Celebrating the important work of Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region.

The party will be on the Anacostia waterfront next to the Navy Yards, on the future site of our workforce development and education campus!

This year, we’re also moving to SATURDAY – so no more fighting rush hour traffic!

Taste  |  Over 30 of DC’s favorite restaurants and caterers donate samples of their best eats

Sip specialty cocktails, liquor and beer samples to wash it all down with!

Relax  | No stuffy formal atmosphere here

Come in casual festive attire and enjoy an evening under the stars with a great view of the river!

Connect | Mingle and network during cocktail hour

Over 800 guests attend Night at The Yards with plenty of time to make a connection!

Move | Dance the night away under our giant tent during a phenomenal live performance!

Featuring a larger-than-life performance by Brooklyn-based Turkuaz who will ignite our stage with an explosion of energy punctuated by neon hues, deft musicality, and show-stopping sing-alongs.  The nine-piece band delivers horn-filled funk with splashes of alternative, rock, R&B, and psychedelia to color the male-female harmonies, strutting guitars, wild horn arrangements, and interminable grooves that get people dancing.

Support | Night at The Yards is a benefit in support of the innovative hands-on education, job-training, health & wellness, and violence prevention programs provided by Living Classrooms Foundation.  Living Classrooms disrupts the cycle of poverty and helps make our community safer, stronger, and healthier by meeting individuals where they are and building skills for life.
